Here we go. I figure I may as well keep the template headline considering how fitting it is.

I had thought about setting up a WordPress account for a long time, but today I finally decided to take the initiative and do it. Naturally, it has taken longer than expected, but that is entirely due to my concern about getting things right the first time, which I’m still not sure I did. Whatever this little site looks like now will no doubt change when and if I get around to it.

I intend to use this site as a repository for both my own thoughts on issues of the day and also the occasional short story. Writing is about the only thing in which I have some level of competence, so I figured why not.

I’ve never been one for keeping to a strict schedule, so chances are any updates from me will be sporadic at best. Nonetheless, I will always try to present my best attempts here.
